The Audit is money-back: if it doesn't surface real, high-value automation worth building, you get your money back. On the fit call, we'll work out the exact price against what you actually need.

You get your money back. If the diagnostic doesn't surface real, high-value automation worth building, we refund the Audit in full.
The Build runs at the agreed performance on your data within 30 days of go-live, or we keep building at no extra cost until it does. The scope and the price are fixed up front.
Everything. You own the workflow, all the login keys, and a plain-English runbook that explains how it works. We build on open-source tools with no proprietary lock-in, so your team can run it without us.
On a server you control. We can run it on your existing setup or a UK-based server in your name. Your data stays in your hands, with a GDPR-clean handover.
Any time. Operate is month-to-month with notice on either side. No annual contract, no lock-in clause.
On the fit call, against what you actually need. The Audit is a fixed scope at a fixed price, and it shows you the return math before you commit to a Build. No hourly billing, no surprise overruns.
Tell us in the Audit. If it fits a Build, we scope it as one. If it's ongoing work, it lives in Operate. If it isn't a fit, we'll say so.
